update

Lettie's head swelling is stable from the last measurement. She has a temperature of 100.5 (but like Summer has posted in the past we were told to not be concerned with this unless it gets to 101). From the CT scan the swelling seems to be outside the skull on the side where the hemispherectomy was performed. This is good in that it is probably just a burst blood vessel and shouldn't require surgical intervention. Praise to her maker!

  1. Wow Lord once again You allow us to see You work! Praise be to You for this good news. Now may you give Mark & Summer some much needed sleep & may Lettie rest peacefully the rest of the night w/ no seizure activity. Father may they feel an overwhelming sense of Your presence right now & may Your PEACE that passes all understanding envelope them. We PRAISE YOU FATHER for this news! 2. I am up feeding the baby and had to check hoping I would find good news...glad to see the scare has not turned into a worse situation. You are taking such good care of that baby girl! I will be thinking of all of you tomorrow and will pray that the transition will go smoothly for all of you...maybe Lettie is just waiting for her daddy to get home to show off and better!

  3. Lord please give Summer a renewed sense of wellbeing and comfort as she walks this winding path that would overwhelm any mother.
Give her peace that her place is with Colette this week and Jack and Cooper are safe with others. Provide her strength to know that she can cope with Mark needing to leave for a few days.
Help her take one hour at a time and not be anxious.
Please touch precious Colette with healing.
